Coronavirus in Italy, 161 victims and 665 cases in 24 hours

Italy continues to record victims and positive cases with COVID-19. Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte has called on Italian citizens to be careful and avoid celebrations and gatherings.

"It's not the time for a party, otherwise the pandemic curve risks rising," he told a news conference.

In the last 24 hours, 161 victims and 665 more positive cases have been recorded in Italy.

The active persons infected with coronavurs are 62,752.
The total number of victims so far is 32,330 and the number of infected since the onset of the pandemic has reached 227,364.

The number of people recovering from coronavirus is also increasing every day.

Today has recorded 2,881 more healed and their total number has reached 132,282.

In the hospital wards the number of patients has been reduced to 9,654 and in the intensive care units 676 patients are hospitalized.
